The system is designed with redundancy in mind. If a gate fails, you can quickly swap in a spare (we recommend purchasing 1-2 extra gates for clubs). Gates are hot-swappable — no recalibration needed.
The gates are designed for track timing. For full meet management including field events, we offer a separate Field Events App (iPad) that integrates with the Results Portal for combined results.
Typically 2 people: one timer (operating the iPad) and one starter. Compare that to traditional systems requiring 3-4 people (chief timer, timers, recorder). The gates eliminate manual button-pressing.
Yes. Results can be published to the Results Portal immediately after validation. Athletes and spectators can view live results on their phones via the portal URL.
We provide online training videos and a quick-start guide. Most volunteers are comfortable operating the system after a 15-minute walkthrough. The interface is designed to be intuitive for non-technical users.
